There needs to be an active telephone service for us to provide FTTC on to, the account was signed up as a fibre and phone account too but without a phone number being provided. We can see an active line at that property but if that's the not the line you want us to take over, I don't want to just place an order on it.

It looks like we placed orders to take the line over, however shortly after this the provider of the line ceased the service which has unfortunately caused our orders to fail.
I'm going to get an order in place to restart the line for you and once the line has been restarted, we should then be able to get a new broadband order placed for you.

The phone line should be back online within the next 24 hours. Once this is back online I'll be placing your broadband order for completion as soon as possible. As it's a fibre order, the completion date will be dependant on engineer availability, however as soon as I'm able to confirm a date for you, I'll be sure to let you know.
