Is the date given an estimate and should I receive an email when the works been done?

Hi @Matthewrlesage,
I'm sorry to hear that your order doesn't appear to have completed on the date/time as it was agreed when you spoke to the advisor.
I've taken a look at your account and I can see that your order to move to Fibre is due to complete by the end of the day on 14/07/2017.
I fully appreciate that this wasn't the date that was agreed and I'll ensure that feedback is passed on regarding this miscommunication from both the advisor in question, and as to why our systems didn't at least pick this up to notify you of the confirmed date either.
Really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you, we should have done better in this case.
