Whilst we would really like you as a customer, I do understand if you have to remain with your current provider to avoid the fees, as you are currently within the cooling off period with us you are free to cancel your order if you call us on 0800 013 2632.

We will be staying with Plusnet. Apparently, trading standards think we have a good case because we were given wrong info in welcome pack, also they guaranteed a speed of not less than 32, we were paying for 40 by the way, but the highest speed we have got is 22..the lowest being 16. So the guarantee is false.

A float tip is pleasing in its appearance and even more pleasing in its disappearance.
