Where can I get more information about the fibre broadband activation?
Until yesterday I had a due date stating yesterday 12pm on https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=adsl_status now this is gone and replaced by an empty space (see screenshot attached).
Things are now changed, chatted with the helpdesk and got a new date. Now there is only an inexplicable charge of £26.98 on the status page. Let's wait and see what happens.

I'm sorry that the activation of your service has been delayed.
According to notes I've just checked on the order this was due to engineers finding some external work needing to be carried out on the line before the installation can go ahead.
