Activated and CHAP auth issues

I've switched back to Plusnet today and receiving CHAP auth issues from my router.

Rang support and been round the circle 2 times between support and tech advisors and after various looks at my account and finally pushing the activation over the line i'm now supposedly activated.

As im using my own router (Billion BIPAC 8800NL R2) seems the blame is being put on my own router although I've previously been with Plusnet and BT on 2 occasions each time with this router with no problems.

Can someone please look into the issues causing CHAP auth issues.

Ref Question 204606801
