Account Terminated without my authoriaztion!!!

My Fibre died on the 28th of Jan.
Called the support team to be told Id be called back within two days..
I called back on the 30th and was told I had a line fault, OK Openreach will resolve the issue within 48 hrs.. GREAT!!
Engineer got the line back up but still no broadband / fibre.. Strange???
Called Plusnet support on the very same day the 1st Feb, to be told my account has been terminated????
How can this be correct WITHOUT my authorization??? PLusNet couldn't answer my question..
Its has taken Plusnet 4 days to tell me that I have no account even though I'm tied into my contract til September 18.
I'm next told it will be 14 days before my service is restored!!
No compensation! Very poor service and have been let down badly.
I will not be renewing my contract in September and will be moving to the Vodafone solution ie no phones line etc.

@St3 if the op's contract runs out in September then they were already well into their contract no idea where your getting they would have a cooling off period from that would have been months ago.

Come on Plusnet !! whats going on ?
How Come it took you 4 days to find out this customers account had been terminated ?
And to be told he had a line fault , obviously he had a fault you had cut him off
This needs investigating as a matter of urgency
