ADSL to fibre upgrade didn't happen.

I was supposed to be upgraded to fibre on the 11th from ADSL and it never happened, still haven't received any updates or information since the email and just wondering what I should be do about it or whether I should contact plusnet incase something went wrong?

 I've received the new router and its plugged in and ready.

It looks like our suppliers weren't able to commit to the 11th for the completion date for the upgrade to fibre, however it is due for tomorrow so I'll make sure your account is set to change over appropriately then.
