A small question about the new Plusnet Hub One

I take it the new Plusnet Hub One is same re delivery as the BT Home Hub is, and doesn't need somebody in for it to be delivered.

When mine was delivered on 5th Jan the postie did knock and hand it to me - no sig

it's designed to fit through letter boxes.. mine however didn't and had to go to the post office to pick it up.

Oh ok cool.  Post box should plenty big enough to fit it through.  The sorting office isn't far from me mind.
