9th april speed problems again

on ptn-ag04 gives www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html?id=146022681220818889302 the attached was the loss I noticed on pcl-bng02 which promted me to gateway hop too the above ptn-ag04 I can see a night of gateway hopping is due edit: useless forum code removed the attachment

You need to hop on to a ptn-bng, I've been on once since installation and it's never let me down speed or latency wise.
