9mbs locked speed while I have Fibre extra and test says I should have 70 mbs

Hi,

I passed the period of the two weeks but it's still the same issue it would seems my speed is locked at 9Mbs while I paid for the Fibre Extra and even today I received an e-mail saying that my minimun guaranted speed is: 70 Mbs after the two weeks period.

I also did both Bt test and my broadband speed tests and they both indicate that my speed should be 70 Mbs.

I should also indicate that i'm plugged in with my ethernet cable with thoses tests.

Any help ?
