Depends when it was ordered (or whether Customer Options were involved).

Re: 80/20 Price Increasing soon?

Hi all
When did 38/19 change to 38/2?
I believe I signed up around 4th June, thinking I was getting 38/19 product.
Connected on 19 June but appears to be only 38/2.
Only getting max around 25 atm but PN are looking into it.

The change was around 16 or 17 June.

I wont be paying extra for the rubbish.....I'd rather get a 4G mifi unit as I would probably get a more reliable and faster connection than with PN

Re: 80/20 Price Increasing soon?

Thanks w23.
As I signed up before the change (paid line rental for 12 months) how can PN change the 'product' I signed up for.
If I ordered say  a Fridge/Freezer of a certain size I would not expect a small one than I order to be delivered.
Can someone from PN please look into this for me?
Thanks for your help.

My line rental saver is expiry now but I will NOT renewal Line Rental Saver because the deal is rubbish only saving £35.52 off a year. Not worth it.

You could always go back to Virgin Media.

That would indeed be one way of escaping the peak time slowdowns Smiley

How about SSE? http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/half-price-ultrafast-fibre-talk-weekends-for-2-years-sse-southern-el...
BT or otherwise based?
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

It's FTTC, so must be BT based.

@SoFarSoGood
As you ordered the package change before we changed it to 40/2 I've placed a order to move you onto the right offering.
This will complete on Tuesday.

And you had the temerity to get all offended when I suggested you were being somewhat economical with the truth on another thread.

Do try a little harder to keep the bovine excreta consistent. My 5/10 on said thread was perhaps generous.
