I recently complained due to very slow speeds and connectivity issues. Tech support took me through setting up the 5ghz and it was fine for a while, it’s suddenly stopped working and no other channel will work. Devices connect but there is no signal. Thanks

Some devices do not have 5ghz connectivity option.
Regards your speed, what happens when you connect a device via network cable ie a LAN connection?
5ghz is faster than 2.4 band, but has less transmission range.
D/load a free wifi analyser programme to ensure channels you're using are
not also being used by your neighbours- pick the least used channels, or preferably an unused one-
you'll have greater channels choice on 5ghz.
