50% speed

Past couple of days the speed has been fluctuating:

9mb, 5mb, 16mb

BT Speedtest

Download speedachieved during the test was - 18.99 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 20 Mbps-38.71 Mbps .
 Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 38.71 Mbps

Is this the best my Fibre upgrade can achieve?

Re: 50% speed

With a profile of 38.71 I'd expect you to see faster speeds. Let me go double check your account.

Re: 50% speed

Everything is set correctly on your account, however it doesn't look like you've disconnected/reconnected since upgrading to fibre. Can you try that and see what speeds you're getting.

Re: 50% speed

Is that over wired or wireless?

Can you the BT Speedtest http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ - doing the further diagnostics after the first one?

Re: 50% speed

If that's over a wired connection I'd advise getting a fault reported at https://faults.plus.net
