I noticed an issue over the past week where although my IP profile is 40mbit and my sync speed is 70mbit, I only get 22mbit from my plusnet connection.
I have confirmed this by doing BT Wholesale tests, also, logging in with the bt_speedtest domain login, yields 70mbit which shows this is definitely not an issue with my equipment or line.
The 22mbit speed is consistent no matter when I test, so Plusnet, why have I been artificially limited to half the speed I pay for?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect and see what speeds you're getting?
I spotted an issue on your account where the speed profile was set correctly but hadn't pushed through fully, I've given that a kick now.
