40/2 Fibre, yeah right

Hi,
Just upgraded from my 3Mbps, 320Kbps ADSL line to my promised 33/2 line.  As i said, yeah right.  I am getting 3Mbps download (the same) and 10Mbps upload.
BT Wholesale say i can get up to 56Mbps!
WTG is going on??????
Come on PlusNet, sort yourself out!!!
I wanted to download my Window$ 10 upgrade today, but at that speed, it would take me over a day to download it..

11110_110 tried all of those, all come back with the same result.  waiting for chat now.  I phoned them at 2pm and they said it should be sorted by 5!

9pm, Yep they disconnected me despite me starting the wait before 9.  8.30 mins waited on phone so far
Tried that as well.

It could be worse. You could be with BT and after you've joined they divert you to an Indian call centre that doesn't even know what you're talking about.
