4 weeks since order, no phone or broadband

Placed order at beginning July, had 3 BTOR engenders visits.          3 weeks ago been told that there was a problem with my line, engeneer been sent out, didn't fixed. 2 weeks ago been told by plusnet support  that fault was fixed, engender was supposed come to my house, to connect modem, spend all day at home, took  day off from work and he didn't showed up,called to plusnet again, been told that fault hasn't een fixed, on Monday got call from link:csa removed, telling that they going to check with suppliers an updates. Can any one tell me how we still have to wait, it's really frustrating.

I've just checked your account and the next update we're due to receive is on the 7th so we should have more info then.
