4 BT Engineers cannot clear fault, whats next?

I've had an engineer spend 3 to 4 hours trying to remove battery contact and a cable error on his diagnostic results, He eventually gave up stating he cannot do any further and left. So what happens next? Anyone have this happen to them before?

From what I can see the engineer's still got hold of the fault.
I'll chase Jo up for you when she's in the office.
