38 mb fibre's upload speed?

Is the upload speed on the 38 mb fibre still 2 mb?

Every other provider gives 10 mb upload, some of which are also cheaper, so why would I want to pick plusnet instead?

Re: 38 mb fibre's upload speed?

New customers automatically get up to 10Mb existing customers should have been updated by end of November either way it's 10Mb now like all other ISPs just a shame plusnet was so slow about it.

Oh ok. I think the area Im buying my first house in next year only has 40 mb available and I was previously settled on getting plusnet except for just realizing the upload speeds are improving on this speed.

Re: 38 mb fibre's upload speed?

As a brand new customer, as from yesterday,  I can confirm that I am only getting max 2mbps at present. I understand from this forum that I should be pushed up to up to 10mbps on Monday. Let's hope so.

Re: 38 mb fibre's upload speed?

Hi there. I can confirm that we're provisioning new Unlimited Fibre customers on an upstream speed of up to 9.5mbps, and most of the existing customers on this package should be moved across by now.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
