2nd fault within 3 weeks

Hiya all
Joined plusnet last month, problem with the install. Yesterday my bb goes down and no update as yet. Thus is awful customer service. Can someone from support give me an idea what's happening. Knew I should never have left my last supplier :-)

Hello Memoryex, welcome to the forum.
What a shame no-one has responded to your post.
Is your connection still down, if so have you been able to raise a fault at https://faults.plus.net ?
If it's still down and you haven't been able to raise a fault try ringing in on 0800-432-0200 or 0345-140-0200.
