2mbps on FTTC for over 24 hours

Hi,

I've had a connection speed of only 2mbps since 16:00 on Friday 08/10/16.

I normally achieve around 30mbps.

I called you to log a fault about it earlier and I was advised that there was a line fault but no call has been logged.

Can someone please help?

@aca1976 Thanks for your patience. We need to raise this to our suppliers for further investigation. I've replied to your fault ticket, please let me know once you've responded to the ticket and I'll progress the fault further for you.
