25% speed drop since engineer

I have lost 25% of my speed since the engineer came, either DLM stuck or changed to NGA standard profile when I was on speed profile as my ping is up too. Please look into this as it is a couple of weeks or more since engineer came and its not getting any better despite being stable in fact it's worse. I will attach a router screenshot of before and after because this is causing problems with my TV package now. Thanks in advance Mike..

Is your current speed within the estimates you were given?.....if so, you're wasting your time.
The current party line from support is if you're within your advertised speed estimate, tough.
