There was a 2 Hour Internet outage just after Midnight to 02:05 03/11/2020. Due to Covid I work from Home and Predominantly Nights. a 2 hr Internet outage is very inconvenient as others have to pick up my workload while I can't work on top of that your Customer Services are closed 8pm to 8am so I can't even call to find out what is happening and how long I can expect to be offline. Please Tech Support Can you investigate this outage please and let me know what caused it. My Managers will be asking me for an explanation.
It is fine now. Over the months of working from home I have had the odd 5 or 10 minute outage, I can deal with that, but 2 hours causes real problems. It is frustrating not being able to contact anyone to find out what is happening, in this day and age and especially when so many people are working from home Tech support should be 24/7

I see Plusnet business provide 24 hour telephone support. https://www.plus.net/business/why-plusnet-business/support/ If another long overnight outage occurs, it might be worth a call to the buisness support number to see if they can see if BT maintence is sheduled?
