2.4 ghz WiFi gone

5 ghz working, but devices that can’t connect to 5ghz and need 2.4 can’t. Password checked, setttings checked and enabled, software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263

Had nothing but trouble since we moved to plusnet around a year ago.

Please can someone help?

Have you tried changing the wireless channels? Also try a factory reset of the router using the pinhole at the back. You’ll need to desync the frequencies again after

Thanks for the quick response, tried a couple of channels but no joy. Will try the rest tomorrow, then the factory reset if that fails - cross your fingers!

Thanks Thrall, reset the hub, then I connected the 3 devices that need 2.4ghz. When they were connected I split the two and changed the name of the 5ghz. It seems to have done the trick.
