1st day on fibre ............ and no internet

I got connected to fibre today 
got home and the wife said the engineer had just left by 10mins and speed tested at 80mb ..... whooooop me thought and grabbed the nearest tablet
went to do a speed test and got ........ NETWORK CONNECTION ISSUES  Waaaaaaaaaa me cried
then spent about 40mins on the phone with customer services ( which was spot on as always )  .... im connected but no access
so currently on a new fault ticket not even used it yet ............

I'm looking into this now.
We're seeing your attempts to connect on our suppliers system but they're not coming through to us.

Strange one I know ...,.. Connection is there but I cannot access the internet ..... Its as if I don't have permission to access
