I put a post up yesterday but can't find it anywhere, was it deleted?
My issue is extremely poor fibre speed. not dropping out but failing to load pages etc... recorded speeds of around 1mb last night around 10.30pm. It has been very poor recently, flakey all week. Maybe a weather issue but the line is not showing any drop outs...
Exchange name: Bolsover
Exchange code: SLBLR
<a title="Broadband Ping" href="http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/afa056ea75b2bb00061ed88a9464a25b.html"><img alt="My Broadband Ping - slow" src="http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share-thumb/afa056ea75b2bb00061ed88a9464a25b.png" /></a>
can any one from plusnet have a look?

yeah thats the one.... it took about 5 minutes to load the screen, so was unsure if it registered and lost patients with the slow internet...
I haven't raise a fault yet just incase there was an on going problem with the exchange or some sort of storm damage I wasn't unaware of? If its the same tonight when I get home I will however be the first to raise a fault.

Hiya Pantsman28,
I'm just running some diagnostics on your connection now as there's nothing showing at this side that there is a problem at all. There was a service outage at the exchange last week but it looks to have been resolved now. I'll message you with my findings so you'll know the best course of action. I look forward to speaking to you soon.
Warm regards
Sharon

Thanks for checking the line.... the broadband ping monitor looked like normal usage, but its always good to get the line checked out! The service outage at the exchange might explain last weeks hit and miss!
I will restart the Plusnet wireless router this evening and do the normal BT wholesale speed test on the BT Router just incase to see if its a RJ45 issue between the 2? I will keep you posted
Thanks Sharon
