So what is it you are trying to achieve?

Posting router logs showing your router has dropped sync is not particularly helpful.

What would be more helpful would be running through the checks in the Help section.

Dial 17070 option 2 from a corded phone. is the line quiet? If not report a voice fault.

What speed is your line capable of? Putting your phone number in the DSL Checker and posting the results.

Log into your router and post the results of the Helpdesk tab, making sure you hide sensitive information such as your username.

You will get a lot more meaningful support if people are able to see the results.

I generally get  38 mb d/l and  around 8-9 upload

reboot of router back to normality  37 dl   8 upload....till the next time it does what's it's doing
