Hi, I have been experiencing rubber banding in Apex Legends and various other games and thought I would test the network packet loss. The packet loss isn't on my local network as I have pinged my router and haven't been getting any packet loss between my PC and there.
The BQM is attached below.
I don't know if any can shed some light on the possible cause for this.
Many thanks, Dave

Thanks for getting in touch @davemap
I'm sorry to hear you're having connection issues.
If you're using our Hub One router then the BQM won't work as our routers don't respond to ping requests so it will show 100% packet loss all the time.
To get around this you could use a different router or alternatively put a device in the routers DMZ although we wouldn't recommend the latter as this can cause security issues.
I've tested your line in addition to the above and I can't see any issues for this. Are you able to use a tool such as Pingplotter to the server in question so we can investigate further?
