1 massive drop in speed.

Just switched from BT. With BT I was getting anything from 55mb to 62mb. I know that it takes 10 days to optimise speed. But yesterday I was getting 10mb download speed and 20mb upload speed.Router restarted about 5 times last night. I manually Restarted router this morning and no change at all in speeds. I have never got speeds so slow and first day if connection from BT or sky. Anyone else experience this.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your download speeds.

Our tests aren't showing any reasons why your speeds would be so low.

Are you testing over a wired or wireless connection?

Hi @Themonk   hust one thing there is NO !!  10 day optimization period  your optimal speed is set by the DLM within the first 48 hours .

I was unable to watch hd content on my sky box last night. It was buffering like crazy and that was connected via Ethernet. I'm at work at the moment but will connect my pc via Ethernet tonight and will post results.
