why is it so diificult to transfer out a domain from madasafish/plusnet???

I have paid the transfer out fee and yet no-one seems able to progress this any further!  Very frustrating!

Under madasafish the aforementioned user name used to provide the domain mucha.co.uk from which we could then have various email accounts - this does not seem possible with plusnet, which is why I want to move over to zen. Your help would be greatly appreciated as I don't seem to be able to talk with anyone else who can help. It seems I had wrongly assumed that this process should be simple!

Thanks Stefan. I've now changed the IPS Tag of the domain to ZENSYS which should be all that's required to facilitate the transfer. Apologies for the hassle.
