websites after migration

For those wondering after migration you'll have 1Gb in of the old 25-50mb we had with F9 or Plusnet, reading greenby's site I thought we could have https: instead of going through homepages to get this. But you can't if you have a f9.co.uk or plusnet.com site, you need you own domain name.

Strangely I had a warning of going over my 50mb limit from plusnet after the account had migrated? Although the day before I had complained becuse my email didn't work and they said I'd been migrated to greenby?

If you take out a ticket with greenby for any reason check the closed header, I had loads that were awaiting a response and they vanished then I realised the closed tab was off and there they were now I looked and  I have no tickets anywhere, i not the way to treat customers.

Oh and if you contact Plusnet don't want to know, not their problem  "Multi award-wining for customer service" I don't think so anymore.

Re: websites after migration

Update according to Greenby they have taken over my email(which doesn't work) but my website is still hosted by Plusnet which is confusing because when you log into Greenby it has website details so I have to go carefully not to go over my 25mb limit on F9 which I already have because I was told my new limit was 1gb
