I used to have web stas on my site and also on one i set up sor another user (Also on free-online) Then they dissapeared on both users, I have read back through a lot of regs and see referencies to activation, how do you do that?
On member Centre: - Website settings (link on left) - Advanced Webstats (or Webstats depending on your account) - Click activate Then wait 24 hours and you should be able to click the links on the above page, enter your login details (same as portal) to see webstats.
I am and old (in both senses of the word) free-online member. Under "web site setting", the only item is "my webspace", this only gives information about web space etc. No mention of advanced features
i was on PAYG now Free-Online Broadband Plus up to 8Mb (Monthly Contract, Laptop + Desktop Wireless Kit, Activation Offer) Its several years since I last had web stats, then on PAYG
That'll be it then - unfortunately advanced webstats aren't available on Broadband Plus. If it's important to you they are available on the new BBYW accounts however.
