usa ip address

cant access certain sites as my ip address is showing up as in the usa  . have called plusnet an no1 can sort it

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with connecting to certain sites and that they are indicating that your IP address is showing as being in the USA.

I have checked every IP address that you have been connected on over the past 14 days and the geolocation data is showing that these are all UK IP addresses. If it's just the one website that you're experiencing this problem on, I would recommend that you contact them to find out what is causing this problem. If this is affecting multiple websites, please add the web addresses to the ticket on your account here. If you get back in touch on here once you've done this, we'll investigate this further for you.
