uploading to plusnet website counts against usage ?

Hi,
I seem to remember reading some time ago that up and downloads to my own webspace won't count against my usage. Can anyone confirm that is true since I seem to have a fair bit of usage yesterday when all I was doing was uploading my site.

Hi,
As far as I know, this has never been the case.  All uploads and downloads are counted towards your usage allowance, irrespective or whether or not it is to another PlusNet site.
