Like other people I have been less than thrilled to discover that Plusnet appear to have tagged my plusnet username to my wan IP address without my consent or knowledge.
This is definitely not a good plan from an infosec or GDPR perspective.
I have raised a request to get this fixed, which through butter fingers I have managed to close by accident today.
Been waiting on the phone for 17 minutes now.
Can somebody from plusnet PM me to get the ticket details, re-open it and get it sorted please?
Or in fairness, if you look up my tickets, its the only one closed today..
