trying to import a MySQL database - where are the tabs on Plusnet's phpMyAdmin?

Would really appreciate some help
I've Logged in to the Plusnet Member Centre, gone to website settings, Mysql, MySQL Administration, which takes me to phpMyAdmin.
Now, where are all the tabs?  I'm looking specifically for the Import tab
I've tried selecting a server (if thats what I need to do?), but it rejects my login details (which should be the same as my normal login details, right?)
Please help me !

The login details for the MySQL server are the username and password that you were emailed when you asked for MySQL to be activated.

Re: trying to import a MySQL database - where are the tabs on Plusnet's phpMyAdmin?

Thanks for the response!  oh, i'm so sorry, I missed that email!
I now get this though:
Error
SQL query:
--
-- Database: `joomla15`
--
CREATE DATABASE `joomla15` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;
MySQL said: Documentation
#1044 - Access denied for user 'robwebb1'@'%' to database 'joomla15'

I'm not sure whats wrong.  Oly thing i can this isthat its because I chose the wrong SQL compatibility mode, I'm following instructions from Joomla 'How do you copy a site from localhost to a remote host?' and it doesn't say which SQL compatibility mode to use....?
Any thoughts appreciated

You can't create your own databases, you have to use the one database that you were given in the email. There is no limit to to number of tables you can have in your database. When you install any package make sure you use the option to specify a unique prefix to be used for the tables (I've checked the Joomla installation guide and it has the option to specify the prefix under advanced settings).
