transfer out of plusnet, domain not listed in my portal

Hi All
My intention was to transfer my .co.uk's into 'Plusnet' - before reading into it properly.
(i thought the domain name would attach to the IP given by plusnet, but then looking its a 3rd party and wow the price!?)
anyway.,,
So my domains TAGS have been updated to FORCE9, they have gone from my fasthost account, but now i want to move them back without actually adding them to Plusnet, i dont really want to pay £30 a month for this mistake).
how do i move/update the tags of the  the 2 domain names back to fasthost if they wont appear under the domain list of hte plusnet porta.

cheers all
.adie.

Re: transfer out of plusnet, domain not listed in my portal

I'd suggest raising a support ticket requesting that the tag change is reverted.

It can't be done by email.
You will need to raise a ticket https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22987&wizard_id=38 (login required)

@Adie,
I'd check that price, I think it is £30 per YEAR and that is for full management, hosting only is I think different.
You could also look at PlusNet's sister company justthename.co.uk - they are somewhat cheaper and can "point" your domain to PlusNET.
