time frame to to fix account page

I dont go to my account page very often ,and I realise Plusnet upgraded the account page last year and it has caused problems ,But would hope after this time any issues would be resolved,when I go on my account page and click billing then go to manage account the web site says Sorry we couldnt find the page you are looking for  ,Im happy with Plusnet as a broadband isp  and have no major issues but I find this frustrating for a tech company that has a account page that doesnt operate as it should so please Plusnet get it sorted
