Hi,
I may be thick but can some one tell me how to access mt source code via PN memebers area would like to add tags to my header

Sorry, don't follow what you are asking for here?
Care to explain in more detail what you are trying to do - I suspect 'source code' may not be the correct term hence the confusion.
By header do you mean add words to a web page's header section. To do this you need to access your web pages using an FTP client, change them locally then upload the files to your webspace again. If you don't know how to do this just ask.
Also try the help & support pages on the member centre related to websites and FTP.

whether you follow or not you seem to have answered my question
by source code I mean the HTML. I appear to have lost my original here so was hoping to update via the plusnet site. I will just copy the code from :-menu-view-source. Then re upload
