sending files to webspace via ftp

Sorry if this is a really simple question,
Is it possible to send files via ftp to my plusnet webspace from outside the plusnet network, for example if im at work connected thru btinternet?

Yes, this is indeed possible on any of our subscription accounts.
If using our mail only or non-subscription dialup (0845) account, this is not possible and you would need to connect via our network.
So if you have Broadband with us, this will work for you.
