secure FTP access to new CGI platform

Is it possible to connect to the new CGI webspace using a secure FTP connection? If not, is this a security problem?

I don't believe it is at present. I'll enquire about making it a possibility though. This was not possible on the Plusnet platform that customers have been migrated from.

It's not on the immediate road-map I'm afraid. Hostopia typically handle it by allowing SSH/SCP access (something we decided not to include).
