renewing domain name

I've had a domain (www.bothenhampton.org.uk) for many years, originally through Freenetname, then Madasafish and currently PlusNet.   I have just had an email from Nominet saying that it is expiring as it hasn't been renewed.   There have been a few posts similar to this, that appear to have been resolved with some intervention from someone . I am hoping that someone would be able to help me get this sorted also. Help! Thanks.

I've checked the account linked to you Community profile and I can't see any associated Domains. 

Could this be hosted elsewhere?

A WHOIS lookup shows the domain is Plusnet hosted.

I have managed to find the account associated with your domain name.

I have raised your domain renewal request to the relevant team. Please allow up to 3 working days for this to be processed however, it should be done much sooner.
