Hi all, I would be grateful if one of the team could look a ticket 187019886 i have tried for nearly 2 week now to get someone to change rDNS for me to no avail.
People keep telling me it will be sorted within 24hrs but it never is.
I've just moved provider to you because I thought you had better customer service than the rest, please be better and resolve this for me.

Hi @Bobbymax, I do apologise for the delay responding to the ticket.


Moving forward, I've escalated the ticket to myself so I can make sure this is updated as soon as possible for you, however as it currently stands, we'd need you to set up the appropriate A record for us to be able to set this up.

I've responded to the ticket in more detail regarding this.
