rDNS update

I submitted a ticket (200239829) first thing Monday morning to request a change to my rDNS.

 

Now I know things are probably going to take longer with the current situation, but does anyone at Plusnet have any idea when I can expect my ticket to be answered as it's already been 5 days.

 

Plusnet aren't taking phone calls and their web chat is non-functional and the advice on the recorded message is to post here.

You'd be best posting in one of the tech support forums - this is general chat and PN rarely get involved here in normal times so in this time of crisis you can be sure they'll be too busy for chatting.

I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Thanks.  I looked at the other forum topics but none of them seemed particularly relevant which is why I posted in the General forum.  I can see this post has been moved to another sub-forum now so hopefully Plusnet will actually see it.
