rDNS change

I have a static IP and would like to change the DNS entry for it. Where can I do this?

Re: rDNS change

@mrv1 Here!

One of the Plusnet staff will pick this up and raise a 'ticket' to which you can reply with what you wish the rDNS changing to.

Options are either <ip address>.plus.com or a domain reverse ptr. For a domain address you need to have already created the A record (forward ptr) on your domain to point to your static IP

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
