rDNS Update Request

Hi,

I'd like to get the reverse DNS for the static IP associated with my account updated, as it currently references a domain I have no knowledge of (presumably a previous user). I did raise a request for this previously on the forum, but when I responded to the support ticket that was opened with the requested information it was then closed with the message:

We are closing this ticket as we are no longer able to support queries raised 
online

I already have a (forward) DNS record for the domain I wish to use pointing to the IP.
