plusnet protect

I'm confused by the following paragraph on your website:

It depends which broadband package you've got. It's free for Unlimited and Unlimited Fibre Extra customers. And it's £2 a month if you've got Unlimited Fibre.

It states it's free for unlimited fibre, but then goes on to say it's £2 for unlimited fibre. I have unlimited fibre so not sure if it's free or it's £2.

Re: plusnet protect

If you read it again you will see that it says free for unlimited fibre extra. You are on the slower package. Personally I would not touch this Mcaffee product. Get your own Internet Security suite and install it on your devices. Norton or Kaspersky are recommended.

Re: plusnet protect

Hi @steedie1, thanks for getting in touch.

I do apologise for the confusion there has been. If you're on the standard Unlimited Fibre package then there is a monthly cost of £2 to use Plusnet Protect. If you'd like to add the feature you can do so via here: https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/protect/

Re: plusnet protect

Thank you for your replies.

Just to say that I did read it and the way I read it was " Unlimited and Unlimited Fibre Extra, so I took that as "unlimited " and "unlimited fibre extra " two seperate items. hence my query..
