plus net safeguard turning off not working

just joined plus net from bt and find safeguard does not work, even though i have turned it off it still blocks sites

 

Any solutions

Have you tried switching your router off for 65 minutes or more?

That seems to cure all sorts of weirdness within the Plusnet network.

Did not work, plus net is [-Censored-] and I've only been with them since WEDNESDAY !!!

wish I had stayed with Bt , dearer but much better

Hi @tpg1950,

 

I'm very sorry to hear that Plusnet Safeguard is causing you problems. I can see that you've spoken to our technical support team and they have suggested changing the DNS server settings within the device that you're using. Have you been able to try this and, if so, did it help?

@tpg1950, how are things for you now? Any better?

Edit: If our website says the service is currently disabled, you should re-enable it, and wait a couple of hours before disabling it again
