plesk-host03.plus.net IP 212.56.83.232 blocked by M$ email services

Im getting hundreds of bounced emails from my forum who is set up with phpBB and anybody who has a msn, hotmail, live, etc email address is having the server reject the above plus.net IP address.  It just seems like a complete blanket ban on plus.net.
This is a major issue as I have just lost communication with a large chunk of the internet through the IP address that my hosting is sat upon. 
Can anybody from plusnet comment or possibly any other plesk-host3 hosted users?

For speedy resolution I would pick up the phone and call Plusnet.

You can add googlemail to the list too.
I doubt my small forum can be causing this so I'm guessing there is another account hosted on host3 causing all PAYH users on this server the issue.

some further research reveals the blacklist of the IP address is help by spamhause as its caused by a trojan infected servers and consiquently PAYH host3 server is now "spammed" by hotmail and googlemail.
