new account - ftp site missing

Hi,
Not sure anybody can help.  I got a new residential broadband set up today and everything is fine, except, that the webspace is not working.  When I go into webspace (and presumably hosting too) NOTHING is displayed.

Can anybody think of any reason for this ?  Does it take several days (after installation) for this to be setup ?

Unless you are on a business account there is no webspace included
