How long does this usually take ?.
My account became active yesteday. initially I could not ftp or telnet into www or cgi. +net sorted out my access to www servers but still cannot access cgi via ftp or telnet.
I phoned support at tea time and the tech I spoke to said that it had been escalated for me. I am now sat waiting twiddling my thumbs ready to upload a mambo site but can't.

Anyone any ideas ?.
